This does exactly what it does : saving into a playlist songs you are currently listening. Mrs Apple doesnt provide us with this feature but this app does. A pity it doesnt sync between iPhone /iPad or through iTunes. This costs one star.

Worth to buy it for the job somebody has done for users anyhow
